Hi I just purchased this portable Blu-ray player it was being sold as exdisplay without remote control. It's arrived but only one of the control buttons works on if which is the mode button, nothing happens if I press any other button so can't get into setup, can't adjust volume can't even start some DVDs and play button also not working. Can anyone advise why only the mode button works and no other button , I can't do anything as it was sold with no remote control. Thanks
