I put some movies on both a 16gb USB flash drive and a 32gb SD card formatted to FAT32 to test it out. However, despite them being in supported formats (MP4) the unit doesn't seem to see past the first file. Do i need a firmware updated, and if so how would I go about installing it?

Follow up: I figured it out - when converting video to play from either the SD card or Flash Drive, the format must be mp4 in addition to the file name needs a “.mp4” behind the name (I.e movie.mp4)
