How do you get customer service

I have a 10.1 duel dive player and the lightweight monitor quit workin after a month. I have tried 3 emails to the support department and a Facebook message over the last 5 weeks and can’t get a response. If this is how company works very unlikely to buy one if there products ever again.

Bought the unit April 18 2018. Was playing good for about a month,then audio started to go out of sync with video as disk plays. Tried various different movies with same results. Any help?

This problem is caused by software optimization, the player needs to upgrade the latest firmware.There is the firmware link(https://mega.nz/#!SbBzQCRA!zZkdDf3fUqeS2KEHfsbol0G1stzG7wGjinj-ptBdsBo) .And the upgrade method is shown as the picture.
