Bought two 2 brand new 10.1” DVD players. Both don’t read any discs. Get “disc error” with all dvd’s I try including the Native 32

Disc that came with them. Please let me know how to fix this.

Hi,

This may be caused by the disc being inverted.Please try to flip the disc and put it into the player.If them still couldn't load the disc,please feedback us the model of the DVD player.It is glad to help you.
