no start screen on 7" car radio

Hello,
since yesterday I can't use my 7" 2 DIN Android 5.1 car radio anymore. It shows only a yellow triangle with exclamation mark. You only see the normal surface for a short time when switching it off. Reset brings no success. How can the radio be restored to its default state? Thank you!

It may be because the reverse detection line is connected to the wrong position.
You can check the reverse detection line.

Cable are right connected, the radio has complete function till yesterday. Only the rearcamera is still in function with reversgear. And while shutdown i can see the normal desktop with actual date and time. How can i make the reset to delivery?

Hi Friend,
1.You need to unplug the reverse detection cable first, then check if there is any power after this cable is disconnected. It can't be charged without reversing.
2.Reset the car radio to the delivery.
3.Re-plug the the reverse detection cable.

Sorry, i have all cables unplugged and then only the powercable plugged, pressed the resetswitch and i have still the black screen with triangle. If You don`t have another key for reset, I send the radio to amazon for warranty.
