Video Problems on Second Screen of 10.1" Dual Screen

The second time I tried to use my 10.1" Dual Screen DVD Player, the video on the second screen is very poor. The color is off, and the picture is fuzzy and distorted. I've tried switching ends of the cables, but the problem still exists. Very disappointing, as I've only had it a month, and we're leaving for vacation tomorrow.
What can we do to fix this? Do I need to return it to Amazon?

It maybe the AV cable has broken,you can return the product to Amazon to exchange a new one.
