Update IGO

I have IGO sat nav on my device it is 2011 so needs updating, also it does not allow the postcode to be used, any help please?

Hi，
Do you mean the year of your map is 2011? But as i know, we didn't sell the car stereo in 2011.
For the IGO update, you can contact the customer service to get it.

When you access the sat nav details it says the version is 2011, although the stereo is fairly new, how do I contact customer services please.
