Hi, I have two of these units that I bought off Amazon. On one of my units the power works intermittently and is now working less and less often. If I wiggle the dc barrel connector it sometimes will stay on.



Since I'm having issues with the dc barrel connection I'm wondering if there are some instructions on how to hard wire the unit. There is a cord that dangles from the bottom of the unit that has a circular connection with 8 pins. Is this some kind of common connector that I can use to hard wire? I was thinking of a using an "add a fuse" type connector but cannot figure out what connector I would need to attach to the 8 pin cord. Any help would be appreciated.

The player works intermittently may be caused by unstable power supply voltage .You can try to use the another connect method(Picture) or replace the cigarette lighter adapter.If the problem couldn't solve,please send email to the customer services(suokesi2015@gmail.com).It's my glad to help you.
