Static Screen with No images! OMG, HELP PLEASE

I purchased the NAVISKAUTO 10.1 Inch Car Headrest DVD Player HD 1080P TFT LCD Screen Headrest Monitor with HDMI Port and Remote Control and Cigar Lighter Charger (CH1 in July of 2017. About 2 months in, the static started happening; the image would be weird colors, and static throughout, but for the most part, you could still see what was going on, albeit it was awful. For the most part, it would go away after a few minutes to several. A month after that, its here for good. And the static is awful. You can't see any of the images, there is only audio. I am beyond furious! Especially since the email addresses provided (which I have tried all of them, numerous times) do not even work. I purchased a 3 yr square trade plan as well, which since I could never contact manufacturer has also been absolutely useless. Someone, please help. I've been patient with it, hoping it was just a glitch or a weird thing with the outdoor elements or something weird, but I've had enough. I spent too much money on a piece of junk as far as I see it.

My drivers are up to date and Im connected via HDMI not VGA. Would VGA be better to connect with?

The player does not support VGA connection,and it only support HDMI input.It's my pleasure to help you.
