I recently got a portable blu ray player for Chirstmas, and the remote does not appear to be working. I've gone over the trouble shooting section of the manual and none of the solutions work. Is there something I'm missing?

Please change the battery for the remote control,and pay attention to the use of the remote control(Picture).[attachment=0]2.jpg[/attachment]If the problem couldn't solve,please e-mail to our customer services(suokesi2015@gmail.com)to replace the remote control.
