Hello, I have bought a NAVISKAUTO 2 10.1 "and I have problems with the device sound.

I loaded a video onto a sd-card and played it on the device, everything was fine, after about 15 - 20 min was suddenly the sound gone. When I turn off the device and turn it on again, the player plays the video with sound for a few minutes and then the sound is gone.

There are two possibilities for this problem.

1. It may be interference from the remote control. Please remove the battery of the remote control to see if there is still a mute problem.
