Black screen with sound

I have the 10002W, waterproof IP67 10.1" DVD player. Recently the screen stopped working but I continue to hear sound. I have tried switching dvds and even tried turning off/on the TPF function with the remote because of another forum I read on here, but nothing is helping. Sound continues to work but screen is still black. Please help.

Hi,
The problem may be caused by the screen,it need to replace the accessories.Please send email to the customer services(suokesi2015@gmail.com) to seek more help.
