Problems with video playback (PD01-12002B)

I ordered in October a IPS Screen NAVISKAUTO HD 12.5 Inch Portable DVD Player (PD01-12002B). Lately, I've been having problems after a few minutes playing MP4 videos from the SD-Card: the video starts lagging and the audio is out of sync, getting progressively worse.
Some online reviews state that a software update should solve this issue. Could the update be shared? I've already contacted the customer service and unfortunately didn't get an answer..

Hi,
The problem is caused by the error of firmware,and you can upgrade the firmware to solve the problem.
