How to Power On the Portable DVD Player

Recently,we have client who met the issue that the Portable DVD Player does not power on.
First,you should turn the switch to the “ON” position rather than just press the “POWER” button on remote control.
After that,the player will power on and the power indicator light turns green.
In this step,if the player does not power on and the power indicator light has no change,it may be the battery has run down, it needs to be recharged.Please use two methods(There may be a problem with AC adapter and cigarette lighter adapter) to charge the player half an hour separately, it will be ok.When the battery is being charged,the charge indicator light turns red.If the charge indicator flashes red while charging, it indicates that a battery failure has been detected,please send email to our customer services(suokesi2015@gmail.com).
