CH1001B plays dvds but dvds get stuck in a loop playing previews

The CH1001B plays most children's dvds well, but when we try to play feature films the DVD will skip to previews or bonus features and get stuck in a loop. The player NEVER takes the DVD to a title screen where we can select scenes or play options. Is this a software update that I can install with the USB?

This problem caused by the lens,you can upgrade the software of the DVD,download [url=https://mega.nz/#!BV00RDQZ!GXJ8bGJdczeXy1gL03CjJ-yi-CyNe5sed_lIJiphH0M]this software[/url],copy this software to an empty USB/SD,then turn on the DVD player,insert the USB/SD into the player,it will upgrade automatically.
