This is a 14 inch portable player by Naviskauto that I purchased only two months ago. It has been used almost daily very satisfactorily until today. Suddenly it won't load any videos. I've tried three different kinds including a commercial DVD and one that it had already played a short time ago, but it never gets past "loading" on the screen. It stopped working during a session of viewing when one DVD was taken out and a new one put in. Repeated tries with different discs all produce the same results now. They don't load.



Can someone tell me what is likely to be wrong and whether it's worth attempting repairs? Thanks.

Hi

The problem is caused by the lens, you can use cotton to clean the lens(picture) and make it cleanly.[attachment=0]2.jpg[/attachment]

Thanks, but cleaning the lens did not make any difference. The email address you typed[is not recognized. Mail to suoeksi2015@gmail.com was returned because the address could not be found by googlemail.
