12.5 inch dvd player

I purchased this a couple of months ago. I am very happy with it except one issue which is ruining my enjoyment of watching film dvd's.
When there is a dark image the picture becomes blurred and images in the background become almost like a silhouette or ghosting image with no clarity at all and seems to cause a slight delay in the image moving on to next scene. This seems to be with any black images only on the screen.
I hope this is a setting I can change, have tried everything but it has not stopped it.

I have inserted the SD card in my new player but it keep telling me No Card.
What do I need to do to get it to see and read my SD card?

Hi
First of all,the format of SD card must be FAT32,and you can change the format by yourself.Secondly,you can use SD card to insert another player and ensure SD card can be read.Finally,if it doesn't solve the problem,please e-mail to our customer services(suokesi2015@gmail.com).

I have just received my NAVISKAUTO 12.5 DVD Player from amazon. They also recommended your NAVISKAUTO Wireless On-ear Headphone Headset with this player, so I bought it
I am unable to get the IR Headphones to work with the DVD player and the remote control that I received with the DVD player has no button on it to enable or disable IR TX. I have tried both A & B channels on the Headphones (A goes Red and B goes green) but the sound still plays through the DVD and not the headphones for either channel. :(
How do I get the headphones to work please?

What is average time to get a reply. I did sen it a problem about connecting your wireless headset to your DVD player Have new Naviskauto that I cannot connect to wireless bluetooth Naviskauto headphones that were recommended by Amazon during the purchasing process, I need to return everything in a day or so if I can't resolve issue. I don't see bluetooth written on box even though Amazon recommended your headphones as a package. I need a wireless headset and dvd that will work together.

I beg your pardon for the inconvenience caused therefrom to you,because the NAVISKAUTO 12.5 DVD Player have no IR Mode and Bluetooth Mode,and it is unable to connect to the IR Headphones.But NAVISKQUTO has some kinds of players are able to work with IR Headphones,and you can choose suitable one.
