NAVISKAUTO SUPPORT CENTER

I have an 32GB USB Stick formated with FAT32. On that stick are multiple folders. Within each folder I have audiobooks and videos. In total about 1000 files.
When pluging the USB stick into my NAVISKAUTO the files are all shown on ONE hierarchiy and totally mixed. I looks very like a random mixing to me. What do I need to do to display the Folder structure of the USB stick with NAVISKAUTO?
