CH1011B Won't Play DVD's Properly

I have 2 CH1011B ( BP-CH1011S-US). I've tried two different DVD's in both units and neither will play properly. One of the DVD's plays the interview with the cast over and over again and the other DVD just shows random still shots of the movie. Is there a trick to making this work properly?

Hi
The problem maybe caused by the repeat mode.First,you can press the Repeat button on the control remote and select the repeat mode which you need.There are four modes for you to select,R_None,R_All,R_One and Random.It is recommended that R_None be selected,and this avoids some problems.It's my glad to help you to solve the problem.
