model PD01-14001B not playing consistently

Hello.
I have a Naviskauto portable DVD player that I bought less than a year ago. It will not consistently play DVDs that I put in it. It also seems to have pieces loose inside of it. I sent a message to the address listed on the website for US contacts, us@naviskauto.com, but I The response from the remote server was: 550 No Such User Here .

Can someone please help?
