Hello, i have a problem with my 11-RQ0110 S07.

I can start the Unit but it always shows error "com.google.proess.gapps has stopped" i cant go to the Menu and some Setting Options arent working. The message always pop up multiple times. I cant reset the Device because i cant go into the Settings.

Is there a Option for a hard reset or a re install of Android?

The Vehicle is a VW Golf 4.
