Showing “no disc” - can hear disc rattling inside

Hi - we have the NAVISKAUTO Car DVD Player with Inhalation Drive Support Sync Screen, AV in & Out, USB SD, Last Memory purchased off of amazon. The screen works but it seems a disc has become loose inside the player as we can hear it rattling back and forth. How can we get it out?
