Slave Monitor not showing video/no sound

Hello! I've purchased (10.1" Dual Screen Portable DVD Player with 5-Hour Built-In Rechargeable Battery-Black (Host DVD Player+ Slave Monitor)) and the slave monitor is not showing video or playing sound. There is however a blue light indicating that it is receiving power when connected. The main monitor plays the dvd just fine. We would like to get both monitors to work together again. Thanks!

This problem is caused by a bug in the motherboard program. We are deeply sorry for this.Please send email to our customer services(suokesi2015@gmail.com) to replace the player,and it's best to feedback the player's back photo as the picture shows to the customer services.

Same problem. Light is blue on the slave monitor and we have tried multiple adaptors. Main monitor works great. This is incredibly frustrating.

Just received my player and monitor and the player blue light comes on and plays but the monitor light does not come on. What do I need to do? Heading on trip and only one them work.
