Urgent Help need / Naviskauto7 C0255 from 2016

My radio turns of and now it’s stoked into boot sessions! Cannot reset or recovery does not work! Bought it from Amazon may 2016 and till last week I was very happy with it ! But now it does not work! Need to reboot but don’t know how ? HELP !!!

Hi,

The problem may be caused by the error of firmware, please download the firmware and upgrade.

The upgrade method : Please download the file, do not decompress the file,and copy the file to the sd card root directory, insert into the GPS card slot. Reference video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vtfwfh0Olu4

still not working!Hi Andi, it does not work! At the ent of the Updated it give up! Cannot finished it!

Hi,

It may be that the Android board inside the machine has failed. Please send email to the customer service (suokesi2015@gmail.com) to purchase the Android board for replacement.
