I purchased this DVD in September of 2018. The on/off button does not work. The DVD player works but will not shut off. How can I file a warranty claim and get a replacement for the defective unit?

Hi, This problem may be caused by the switch button falling off. Please disassemble the machine and reinstall the switch button. Please refer to the video for operation.
