i have a RQ0010E, unit works fine, even th micro sd slot 1 is not accessible

, slot2 with gps app mapfactor works fine



in system setttings sd card 1 is graed out, if i slide in a formatted micro sd 8gb in slot1 nothing happens



need help to solve

I just got the new Q2n and inserted a class 10 micro SD card and it wont format it. It tells me to press the red dot to format and when I do, it just spins and spins and nothing happens. I cant even turn it off. I have remove the SD card to turn it off.
Can anyone help me with this? Is it the Q2n, or the SD card.
