Display problem with 11-RQ0110

Hello, I have a disply problem with my device. Amazon Order ID 026-5816444-3329142
[attachment=1]2017-07-31 11.45.19.jpg[/attachment]
The screen got blind and cannot see anything, but the touch screen is working.
[attachment=0]2017-07-28 11.48.23.jpg[/attachment]
Where i can bay a replacement display to change it for myself.

Hi,

you can first disassemble the unit and check whether the flat cable of the display screen is loosen or not.

If it is normal, you can contact the customer service where you bought the unit to get an new display screen.

Hello, I checked the cabel, but the problim is in the display.

I contacted the customer service Suokesi in Europa, but they didn't help me. They told me that this part i no longer available. :shock:

This is the defective part, please help me to find from where I can buy this.

by this number I found it in alibaba.com , byt the cable is different.
