Recently some clients feedback that when they play movies form USB/SD,the player says “UNSUPPORTED FORMAT” or “VIDEO RESOLUTION NOT SUPPORTED”,because the player only support 720P RMVB files and 576P MP4/MOV/AVI/MPG/MPEG/FLV/VOB/DAT/DIVX files, it does’t support AVC/H.264 coding or MKV files,you can reference the form below.
