Step 1:The battery compartment is on the side of the headphones with the L logo, open the cover according to the direction of the arrow.

Step 2:Install two batteries as shown below, you need to purchase the AAA batteries by yourself.

Step 3:Please turn on the power switch to A or B position after the batteries are installed correctly, the power indicator will light up.
Then turn on the IR A or B of the device, connect the IR headphones to the device, then you can listen the audio via the IR headphones.
