I purchased the naviskauto 10.1" Dual Screen Portable DVD Player with 5-Hour Built-In Rechargeable Battery-Black (Host DVD Player+ Slave Monitor) (BP-CH1014B-13A) from Amazon less than a month ago. We have used the product a couple of times with no issues. Yesterday we tried using them again and the main DVD player is not showing anything on the display it is just black and is playing the audio. The slave player is showing the movie and playing the audio. What would be causing the picture to not show on the main player??

Hi,

The problem is caused by the TFT function.You can press the TFT OFF/ON button on the control remote,and the main player will display the picture again.It is glad to help you.

We have the same issue on our Mobile DVD player ( Model BP-CH1014B) but do not have a the same remote you have pictured. Ours does not have a TFT on/off button? How do we resolve this?
