Player won't eject disk

Bought a new 10.1" Digital Multimedia Rear-seat Entertainment System. In second use, the disk won't eject from the player. Player reads No Signal. What to do?

Hi,
This problem is caused by adjusting the wrong mode. The problem occurs when the player is in AV mode or HDMI mode. You need to adjust the player to DVD mode ,and the player can play the disc normally.You can press the control remote button(DVD/AV or Mode) to adjust to DVD mode.It is glad to help you.
