Hello!

I bought 2 Naviskauto CH1003 S. One is missing the output "AV1". I somehow got into "FactoryMenu" and probably changed it there.

How can I fix it?

HI,

CH1003S has two AV output methods,one is the ISO AV1 output,another is the 3.5mm slot AV2 output.You can connect the two players together via AV1 according to the video operation in the link(http://www.sokesi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=30).

Disconnect the power from the player first. Insert the USB into the player and power on the player. Then you don't need any operation. Wait for the player to automatically boot up and upgrade. Remember that the upgrade cannot be powered off.
