DVD doesn't play

Try to play Cars DVD in 2 separate head rest DVD players but DVD stops and I am forced to go through a series of audio and visual tests. When I attempt to go back to main menu the DVD freezes. Any thoughts? also, the trolls movie won't play at all. any fixes? Thanks.

Which mode do you have,it may upgrade the software.
