Recently we received some feedback that when put in game disc the DVD player will display “LOADING” in the top left corner of the Screen all the time.In this case,you can use USB device/SD card to play games.
First, download the game.After you download the file, extract all the files into your USB device/SD card.

Then insert the USB device/SD card into the slot on player,just like reading a media file to read the games from the external device, the games will be automatically load.
This method is suitable for CH1001,CH1002/CH1007,CH1005,G0307.But for the touchscreen device CH1002, you will need to manually press the USB/CARD icon to start this process as it will not automatically read, just as the following video shows.

Can i create a folder on the USB drive and extract the game files there, so i can also have movies on the usb?

or do the game files have to be on a usb by themself?

Hi

If you play game by USB,the player will only identify the game files of USB, can not read other video or pictures in USB .If you create a folder for game files,the player will unable to read the game.I am sorry for the inconvenience caused therefrom to you.
