CH1003/CH1004/CH1006/CH1008/CH1011 no sound come out when playing USB/SD movies

Recently some clients feedback that when the player play the video from USB/SD,it plays without sound,it’s functioning properly when playing DVD,this situation caused by the audio coding of the video,because this player don’t support AC3 coding,so you have to convert the video,it’s easy to complete this.
