The screen on one of my CH1004B headrest dvd player units is not operational.
Since purchase it has been used on less than a dozen occasions and the last time it was used the touch screen was intermittently not working. I have noted that several other buyers on Amazon have experienced the same issue.
The unit works using the remote control but not by touch. Can you please send a replacement unit on screen if this is a simple task to change at home?
