Hi,

I have G0307 but when changing to DVD/AV by remote, the screen remains blue showing "DVD" on the right corner.

I noticed that the DVD disc is not running and cannot be ejected.

Usually when I switch to DVD/AV I see DVD black logo.

I opened the device not could not find any problem with the cables.

What should I do?

Does it need a firmware update?

Does the player shows the picture as follow.

If it has,you can download this [url=https://mega.nz/#!sZlS1a6Q!EyyUR5yy1fR-9ZBBuy8LIjOXJbXoZOyHIMtvQGcuMa8]firmware[/url],copy it to a empty USB/SD,then turn on the player,insert the USB/SD into the port,it will upgrade automatically.
