CH1011B no longer turning on and audio cables are spotty

The main issue we're having right now is that neither of our two units will turn on anymore. I plan to test later today to see if there's a short in the power cable, but at this time they're not working.



As a side note it's seemed like our audio cables have had a short in them since we got these players, I've had to swap them out with others. It'd be great if we could get those replaced.

Hi

According to your problem,you can try to connect the cigar lighter charger or the wall charger to the player first and start it,

if the player works fine,you can mail to our customer services(suokesi2015@gmail.com) to swap the power cable.Another,if the player do not work,you also mail to our customer services(suokesi2015@gmail.com) to solve this problem.We are very sorry for your troubles.

My CH1011B stopped working as well. I’ve tried both the car and wall chargers. The unit flashes on for a second not fully powering on before shutting off. Please advise.
