stopped working 2 days ago ... screen still lights up

On March 30, 2017 I purchased a BP-CH1011B-13A 10.1 inch in car rearseat multi media player from Amazon.com. Starting 2 days ago it stopped functioning ... The display turns on, but it won't play any DVDs anymore, it won't even spin the DVD. How can I have this repaired or replaced under the 1 year warranty?

Hi

The problem is caused by the rear cover .If the plastic pillars(picture) is too short to get to the bottom switch,there will be problems what you described.Please e-mail to the customer services(suokesi2015@gmail com)to replace the rear cover.
