NAVISKAUTO SUPPORT CENTER

Hi All,
I want to use a usb stick or a TF card to watch the movies on the player. The problem is, that i recieve an error: device not supported!

I used a 32GB, 64GB and a 128gb storage. All FAT32 + Default Cluster.
Can you help me?

This player is only available to read SD card or USB in FAT32 format and the max capacity of the SD card is 128GB. You could click this link to download the formatting software :http://www.sokesi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=354
Maybe you could convert your or TF card to FAT32 format.
