I've offered this Blue Ray player for a birdthday and it's ok.

But it don't support some avi format so do you have a new firmware for this product ?

My device use the FRANCE BDPV001 version ?

Is it the last ?

Hi,

The problem is caused by the video codes.The player supports AVI format video,but does not include any video codes.You can follow [url= https://mega.nz/#!5dtHDa5J!Rfz8RPpPI04I43yMSLP4jPgYJnA0XaVqTjfjJ6zVA4w]the link[/url] to convert the video codes and the player would read it normally.
