We have enjoyed our portable dual dvd player. Unfortunately, one of the wires got torn (I believe it is one that runs from one dvd to the other). How can I get some new wires? I'd be happy to replace all the wires if needed.

Hi,

I bought 2 of these, and ripped some dvds to an sd card, but the players will not read it. I ripped them in mp4 format. It recognizes I plugged the card in, but just keeps flashing read card. As if it can't read it. Can you please help? It does the same thing on both devices.
