i just got this system for my car. I installed movies onto a USB drive, but the system went into a file manager and showed no titles. The movies were in MP4 format. A little research, and I found out I needed a different format. All the movies were converted to AVI and put on the drive. Now the system says "Device no recognized" and it will not go into a file manager. What can I do to make the USB stick work? Thanks

Hi,

The problem is caused by the format of USB.The player supports USB up to 128G and the format of USB must be FAT32.If your USB exceeds 32G you need to use [url=http://www.sokesi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=354] the professional software[/url] to format.It is glad to help you.
