Hello,



I have a duel player setup and was working swell. Then 2 months in and the main player died. When plugged in via the car charger, or at home via the given plug with the kit at home it does not light up to charge or power on at all with no lights showing (No red or blue lights at the front corner). How can I talk to some one about trouble shooting, repair or replacement? Serial No is :BP-CH1014B2017H01654.

Hey there, just recently purchased the above item.Fitting it all went well but the dvd player wont work. Think i need to put it in park but i drive a manual, so that is impossible. Is there a way around this problem?
