Just got the 12.5" portable DVD player but it does not recognise MP$, AVI or DivX files.



Also the menu button on the remote does not do anything.

This problem is caused by the format of the video,you can accord to this link(http://www.sokesi.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=347) to convert the format of the video.and the MENU button is used to switch to the DVD menu interface,it doesn't work when the disc is not playing. If you have any question,it is glad to help you.
