Hello. I have two of your devices for my car. On of of them the IR choice on the screen does not appear after pressing the button on the remote 8 times. On the other device it appears but my wireless headphones will not connect. Please help. Thanks

The IR OPTION does not show on my screen when I press the menu button. On the other device, the IR option shows up but my headphones do not connect. Thanks

I have just received my NAVISKAUTO Updated 1080P 10.1" Car DVD Player Headrest Wide View Screen

I am unable to get the IR Headphones to work with the DVD player and the remote control that I received with the DVD player has no button on it to enable or disable IR TX. I have tried both A & B channels on the Headphones (A goes Red and B goes green) but the sound still plays through the DVD and not the headphones for either channel. :(



How do I get the headphones to work please?
