We purchased the dual DVD player last fall. When the kids plug in their headphones, the speakers make crackling and popping noises. We tried several headphones and the system continues to make unwanted and distracting noises. We used them for a second time this past weekend and the noises continue. I can send a video if you provide an email address. It appears to be a defect but we are open to your thoughts or suggestions. Please advise. Kind regards.
