i’ve some startproblems with my new Naviskauto RQ0264E odernr. 305-4277896-2645149 from amazon. (https://www.amazon.de/dp/B01H3KN2CW/ref=pe_3044161_185740101_TE_item
1. My biggest problem first: When I connect my Phone (iPhone7) with Bluetooth with the radio then the music sound really horrible. A lot of scratching and rushing and only a little bit of music. (There is no problem with the speakers because with radio (antenna) it sounds better.) For connecting the phone with the car I use the “Bluetooth”-APP, which was already installed.
2. The display gets darker when I turn on the lights from the car. The problem is that we in Switzerland have to drive always with light. Also on the day. If it’s a sunny day, I can see nothing on the display because the display is too dark. The brightness-settings are on 20 (max.). I saw a few videos before I order the RQ0264E and I saw that there's in the settings a switch-off for the “Auto-dimming”, but I can’t find it. Are there different software-versions? Cancel the illumination-wire on the back of the radio is not an option for me, because I need the button-lights at night.
3. The radio signal from the antenna is pretty bad. All 20-30km I’ve to search the radio channels again. And then the radio finds about 2-3 channels. (with and without AF) To check I rebuild the old (original) radio and it finds at the same place over 10 channels. I use a CAN-BUS adapter to change from VW (T5, 2006, Quadlok) to ISO and I use also a Fakra-Antenna with an extra phantom supply for the antenna. (I checked the voltage during listening to the radio and there are 12V on the wire for the antenna amplifier.)
4. What Hardware I’ve to buy for a dab upgrade for the radio. On what I have to pay attention that it works.
