I just got a NAVISKAUTO 10.1 Inch Headrest DVD Player CH1003B. I plugged it in and the onscreen menu came up without me pressing anything. It cycles through all the options and closes. Then it opens again and repeats the process. If I use the menu button I can get it to the reset and if I execute it I get about 20 seconds until the menu cycling starts up again. I am thinking about returning it for another unit but if there is a quick fix like a firmware update that will fix it I could do that. What do I do with this unit?
