BOUGHT THE 10.1 HEAD REST DVD. WORKED GREAT FOR ABOUT 6 DAYS AND NOW WHEN IT TRIES TO READ IT JUST MAKES A GRINDING NOISE. MAYBE 20-30 MINUTES OF TOTAL PLAY TIME SINCE PURCHASED. ANY IDEAS WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM? I HAVE TRIED BOTH DC AND AC POWER OUTLETS, CHANGED DISKS AND TRIED IN BOTH VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL POSITIONS. HELP THIS 2 YEAR OLD IS DRIVING DADDY CRAZY IN THE BACK SEAT!
